                   Environment   is   the Surrouding   Where we live.   Pollution refers   to   all   the   ways   by which   people dirty the   environment.   People pollute   the   environment   in various   ways.   They   pollute   the air   with gases   and   smoke, poison the water   with chemicals   and   other   substances, damage the   soil   with   pesticides   and chemical  fertilizers. People   pollute   the environmental in   various   other   ways.  They   destroy the natural beauty by   scattering rubbish   and  litter.  For  example   the   pilgrims  who  climb   up  the  holy  mountain,  Adams  peak,  scatter  tons  of   polythene  bags  and   rubbish  and destroy  the  natural,  beautiful   shrouding.  The  motor  vehicles  and  machines  sent  out   poisonous   smoke   onto   the  air  and   fill   the   air  with  unpleasant,  disturbing  noises.        
                                    Environmental   pollution   is one of the   serious   problems that we face   today.  Enveryone of us   contributes to this problem   in some   way or other. It  causes  global   warming   and   the   destruction   of  the   ozone  layer   humanity  cannot  survive  without  air,  water  and  soil.  But they   are all  harmed by pollution.
          Pollted air can cause illnesses.  It can kill living beings. Polluted  water   can   cause  many  diseases  and  kill  fish,  and  other  marime  life.  You cannot   grow food   on    polluted land.  Our beautiful country will look. Ugly when our environment is polluted.  
                       The  problem  of  pollution  is  a  highly,  complicated  one, because  many  things  that  binefil  people  cause  environmental    pollution.  Motor  vehicles   have  to  be  run  to  provide  transoortation  for   millions  of  people  and  to  transport   good.  Factories that  cause   air  and  water  pollution  cannot  be closed   down  as  they  provide  employment  to  millions  and   produce  good  that  people  want.  Fertilizers and   pesticides are needed to grow crops.  Or  else  there  will  not  be  enough  food  for  people  to  eat.  Pollution can be gradually   reduced   in several ways.  Scientists  and  engineers  through  research  can  invent  machinery  to  lessen  the  amount  of  pollution  caused  by  motor  vehicles  and  factories.  Already  motor  cars  that  run  on  electricity  have  been  invented  in   many  countries.  The  governments   can   enact  laws  either  to  stop  or  to  reduce  the  pollution   activities.  The  environmentalists  can  play  an  important  role  in  educating  and    directing  the  public  to  maintain  a  pollution  free  environment.
